Die Mitglieder sind das Herzstück der Basi, der Bundesarbeitsarbeitsgemeinschaft für Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit. Wir stellen sie mit ihren aktuellen Themen vor. Den Anfang macht DIN, kurz für Deutsches Institut für Normung. Dr. Bärbel Wernicke, Abteilungsleiterin „Leben und Umwelt“ bei DIN, erläutert den DIN e.V. und die Deutsche Normungsstrategie in einem Vortrag. Sie verdeutlicht, wie Normen und Standards das Krisenmanagement unterstützen, was in diesen Zeiten in vielerlei Hinsicht notwendig ist – etwa um Herausforderungen durch Hochwasserkatastrophen oder durch die immer noch herrschende Pandemie zu begegnen.
