Beschäftigte müssen vor sexueller Belästigung am Arbeitsplatz geschützt werden. Dafür brauchen Führungskräfte eine klare Haltung – und das notwendige Wissen, wie sie im Fall von Übergriffen richtig reagieren. In Schulungen lässt sich am besten mehr darüber erfahren. Das zeigt auch die Erfahrung der Zentralen Polizeidirektion (ZPD) Niedersachsen. Nach einem Vorfall sexueller Grenzverletzung in der Belegschaft setzte die Behörde auf Qualifizierung, um solche Taten künftig zu verhindern. Karsten Wolff, Leiter der Pressestelle ZPD Niedersachen, schildert im Magazin top eins, wie der Polizeidirektion die Prävention heute besser gelingt.
