Obwohl die SARS-CoV-2-Arbeitsschutzverordnung und -Regel seit Ende Mai 2022 nicht mehr gelten, bleibt es wichtig, Maßnahmen des betrieblichen Infektionsschutzes zu prüfen und zu veranlassen. Darauf weist die Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung (DGUV) hin. Es besteht weiterhin die grundsätzliche Pflicht, Ansteckungsrisiken im Arbeitsschutz im Rahmen der Gefährdungsbeurteilung zu berücksichtigen. Darüber hinaus kann sich die Notwendigkeit von Infektionsschutzmaßnahmen aus landes- oder bundesrechtlichen Regelungen für bestimmte Tätigkeiten oder Branchen ergeben. Berufsgenossenschaften und Unfallkassen unterstützen Unternehmen und Einrichtungen in dieser Hinsicht.
