The “Fit for work and life” platform is offering a new video series on the topic of “Hazardous substances, machines, healthy working conditions – and should I also lead?”. The videos are based on an (inter)active session organized by BG RCI and Basi at the A+A Congress in October 2023.

The session was aimed at managers and occupational health and safety experts and addressed the challenges and solutions for healthy and safe work design. With the help of the improvisational theater “3 Kölsch ein Schuss”, staged scenes and expert interviews, the aspects of responsibility, leadership and working conditions were addressed.
