Mental health at work is moving to the center of the European agenda. With its new Healthy Workplaces Campaign “Together for Mental Health at Work (2026–2028)”, EU‑OSHA is putting a strong focus on how organizations can better manage psychosocial risks and create healthier working environments.
The first campaign materials are now available and offer a practical entry point for organizations, intermediaries and stakeholders who want to engage early with the topic. They outline key challenges, provide orientation and highlight why mental health at work is not just a social issue, but also a structural one closely linked to working conditions and organizational design.
For the occupational safety and health community, the campaign provides a shared framework for communication, awareness-raising and action across Europe. It is also an opportunity to align national discussions with European priorities and to strengthen cooperation between different actors.
