Building Healthier Workplaces for Teachers in a Changing Education Sector

The education sector employs around 10 million people across the EU, and one in four teachers says their job has a negative impact on their mental health. A new EU-OSHA report looks at how to prevent psychosocial risks and support good mental health among teachers, academic staff, research assistants and other education professionals, gathering good practices and policy pointers for the sector. The topic also kicks off EU-OSHA’s upcoming “Together for mental health at work” campaign, launching in October.
