Working on digital platforms: EU Member States’ rules, measures and initiatives

A short report by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) presents the results and findings of a study on regulations, measures, strategies, initiatives, actions and programs related to occupational safety and health for digital platform work. The short report is based on four case studies. Three of these case studies present legislative initiatives in Spain, Italy and France; the fourth case study discusses measures that can be taken by labor and social security inspectorates to manage occupational health and safety risks.

The full summary report on safety and health in digital platform work: insights from legislation, measures, actions and initiatives can be found on the EU-OSHA website.

Information on all four case studies is also available there.
