How can managers manage change and restructuring successfully and in a way that promotes health? The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) has developed guidelines for a seminar that supports managers in managing the challenges of restructuring and change processes in their teams, departments and working groups. The guidelines are aimed at multipliers from the fields of management consultancy, personnel development and occupational health management who would like to hold the seminar for managers in their organization or for their customers.
The aim of the seminar is not only to strengthen managers in their role as “change agents” in their work groups, but also to give them an understanding of the importance of self-care and health prevention. Particular attention is paid to the balance between operational requirements and the promotion of individual well-being.
