Award for more road safety – apply now…

Alumni can now apply for the 2023 German Road Safety Council (DVR) sponsorship award with their final theses. The prize is awarded to outstanding theses that deal with the topic of “road safety”. The prize is awarded jointly with the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and the accident insurance companies and employers’ liability insurance associations. The deadline for entries is December 16, 2022.

Graduates of a Master’s, Bachelor’s, Diplom or Magister degree program can submit their application via PDF. Doctoral students are not eligible to participate. Theses from all disciplines are welcome. The decisive factor is that the subject of the research is dedicated to the topic of road safety. In addition, the work should provide concrete starting points for improving road safety in practice. In this way, the scientific work should provide important impetus and insights for future road safety work. The work should be completed in 2021 and 2022.
