New managers: What they should know about occupational health and safety
A new management position entails many tasks and a lot of responsibility. One of the challenges is to take care of occupational health and safety. This is because companies often see their managers as having a duty to implement the health and safety regulations set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
