Healthy workplaces
The education sector employs around 10 million people across the EU, and one in four teachers says their job has a negative impact on their mental health. A new EU-OSHA report looks at how to prevent psychosocial risks and support good mental health among teachers, academic staff, research assistants and other education professionals.
European occupational health and safety stakeholders from research, politics and practice have now come together to celebrate the conclusion of the EU-OSHA campaign “Healthy Workplaces – Take the Pressure Off!”. The campaign for the prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) was implemented in 30 European countries by the Focal Points (FoPs). Basi supported the campaign as a media partner, and Basi Managing Director Dr. Christian Felten was one of the guests at the closing event. The focus of the 2023/25 campaign is “Safe and healthy working in times of digitalization”.
