German Road Safety Council
The German Road Safety Council (DVR) presents the Vision Zero Award to recognize innovative projects that are committed to a world without road deaths and serious injuries. A total of €9,000 in prize money is awarded to initiatives that have already been successfully launched and are designed for the long term. Entries can be submitted via the application form until May 4, 2025.
The German Road Safety Council wants to strengthen road safety in Germany. In future, the “DVR Vision Zero Award” will be presented annually. This award is intended to honor all those who are particularly committed to reducing road traffic accidents with ambitious safety measures and thus pursue the Vision Zero goal of no fatalities or serious injuries on the roads. The application period runs until March 30, 2025.
Alumni can now apply with their final theses for the German Road Safety Council (DVR) 2025 sponsorship award. The prize is awarded to outstanding theses that deal with the topic of “road safety”. The prize is awarded jointly with the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and the accident insurance funds and employers’ liability insurance associations. The deadline for entries is December 20, 2024.
