The Basi in dialog: How work planning contributes to health
Systematic, time-optimized work scheduling, for example in industry, can ensure greater safety and health at work

The participants at the successful “Basi in Dialog” event agreed on this. Dr. Christian Felten, Managing Director of the Federal Working Group for Safety and Health at Work (Basi), exchanged views with Dr.-Ing. Thomas Finsterbusch, Head of the MTM Academy of the MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. in a livestream on how time-optimized and efficiency-oriented work design contributes to keeping employees healthy. The topic of risk assessment played a major role in this. Numerous participants contributed to the discussion with questions and with the help of interactive tools.
