Multicultural teams

Migration is one way of countering the shortage of skilled workers in the German labor market. The German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) points out that language barriers and cultural differences must increasingly be taken into account in prevention concepts. The DGUV’s Institute for Work and Health (IAG) launched a survey to find out how high the need for prevention is in the context of migration.
