Commuting accidents

Commuters who travel by train and streetcar have a lower risk of suffering a reportable commuting accident. The German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) points this out. As a statistical analysis by the umbrella organization of the German Social Accident Insurance Institutions for the years 2016 to 2020 shows, most reportable commuting accidents in road and rail transport were caused by cars and bicycles.
