The program overview
of the 39th International A+A Congress 2025
- The A+A Congress will take place from November 4 to 7, 2025 in Düsseldorf – parallel to the A+A trade fair.
- Topics include digitalization & sustainability in occupational safety, Vision Zero and prevention strategies for practice.

- The congress is an advanced training event for company doctors and occupational safety specialists in accordance with § 2 (3) ASiG and § 5 (3) ASiG.

- The North Rhine Medical Association has recognized the A+A Congress 2025 as an advanced training measure in accordance with § 6 ff. of the advanced training regulations and awards the following points:
- Per congress day: 6 continuing education points, category B
- Per half-day congress: 3 continuing education points, category B

- The A+A Congress is recognized as a suitable training measure within the meaning of the Federal Staff Representation Act (Section 54 (2)) and the Works Constitution Act (Section 37 (6) and (7)).

A+A is the world's largest and most important event when it comes to safety and health at work and will next take place from November 4-7, 2025 from 09:00 to 18:00 in Düsseldorf.
Together with the International Congress for Occupational Safety and Health, which is organized by the Federal Working Group for Safety and Health at Work (Basi) e.V. and takes place at the same time, the trade fair covers all aspects of a holistic prevention culture, from occupational health management and personal protection to workplace design and occupational safety management. A+A is also the largest platform for workwear and corporate fashion.
A+A presents a wide range of topics, including personal protective equipment (PPE), occupational safety and information on health at work. Companies will be presenting comprehensive safety solutions designed to reduce accidents at work and health risks. Corporate fashion also plays an important role at the trade fair. Here, manufacturers showcase professional, functional and fashionable workwear that ensures the comfort and safety of employees. In the Fire Protection & Emergency Management area, innovative solutions for fire protection and the effective management of emergencies will be presented. In addition, the trade fair offers a large selection of high-quality components, fabrics and preliminary products, as the quality of the components plays a decisive role in the performance and safety of work equipment.

Doing business sustainably while taking responsibility for people, the environment and the climate. The experts at A+A will be discussing all aspects of the circular economy (packaging and recyclability of products), the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act, certification and sustainable products.
Digital tools are paving the way for the smart future of the industry. These include solutions for digital process optimization, automation in procurement, production and delivery.
