Occupational psychology

How can work be designed in such a way that it promotes health and retains skilled workers? This is a key question at the 23rd Psychology of Safety and Health Workshop (PASIG), which is being organized by the FernUniversität in Hagen, the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) and the PASIG Executive Board from 13 to 15 May 2024. The event will take place at the German Occupational Safety and Health Exhibition (DASA) in Dortmund. The title topic is: “Health-promoting work = attractive work? Work design in times of a shortage of skilled workers”.
