When electricians are seriously injured during the installation of photovoltaic systems on roofs, it is almost always due to falls from a height. A new agreement is now in place to prevent this. It was created to maximize safety during the installation of photovoltaic systems and to protect roofing companies in particular from electrical hazards.

“Prevention plays a major role for the Employers’ Liability Insurance Association for Energy, Textiles, Electrical and Media Products (ETEM). It compensates the employees of insured companies for accidents at work and occupational illnesses. They can now apply for the BG ETEM prevention prize with a contribution.
