Tickets for the 39th International A+A Congress are now available. From 4 to 7 November 2025, international experts will meet in Düsseldorf to discuss the future of occupational safety and health. The congress is organised by the German Federal Association for Occupational Safety and Health (Basi) and takes place in tandem with the International A+A Trade Fair.
The A+A Congress is focussed on current challenges and innovative solutions. The key topics include
– Artificial intelligence in occupational safety – from digital inspections to sensor-based risk assessments
– Sustainability and climate change – strategies for environmentally conscious workplaces that support resilience
– Mental health and ergonomic work design – concepts for healthy working conditions in a changing world of work
– Vision Zero – the international strategy for preventing accidents at work and occupational illnesses will be given a central area at the A+A exhibition centre this year
– Prevention in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) – practical approaches for customised occupational health and safety
“As the central community event for occupational health and safety in Germany, the A+A Congress builds a bridge between science, practice and politics. It offers a platform for the exchange of expertise, best practices and innovative technologies”, says Dr Christian Felten, Managing Director of Basi. Guests include specialists and managers, company stakeholders, supervisors, occupational physicians and political decision-makers.
Meeting point at the A+A trade fair
With the special Vision Zero area in Hall 9, the A+A Congress and the trade fair will be even more closely linked. In addition, Basi members will present themselves in Hall 5 at the Safety and Health Meeting Point and contribute to the stage programme at the A+A Trend Forum in Hall 5. The Basi stand, also located in Hall 5, is a meeting point for all those interested in occupational safety.
Early Bird offers and ticket prices
‘Early Bird’ offers (one-day ticket: 180.00 euros, two-day ticket: 300.00 euros, season ticket: 450.00 euros) are available in the shop until 31 August 2025. Students receive a discount: They can purchase a season ticket for 50.00 euros to take advantage of all congress offers.
Season tickets for the 39th International A+A Congress 2025 cost 490.00 euros for the entire duration. Two-day tickets are available for 330.00 euros. Single day tickets cost 210.00 euros. A half-day ticket is available for 100.00 euros for all visitors who would like to get a taste of the event. This ticket is valid from 1 p.m. on the day of the congress. All tickets allow admission to all congress events in Düsseldorf including WearRAcon, a conference focussing on the latest innovations in wearable robotics, the A+A trade fair and the special Vision Zero events.
