The first shifts in working hours and working from home are also already being reported. The current results of the working time survey conducted by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) are currently being determined and a status quo before the pandemic has now been published. It provides an overview of the organization of working hours with regard to the length, location and flexibility of working hours in 2019. The report also takes into account the aspect of teleworking and working from home. The results of the BAuA working time surveys in 2015, 2017 and 2019 are compiled in order to describe trends and changes. An excursus also focuses on the working time patterns of employees in so-called care-related professions.      <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baua.de\/DE\/Angebote\/Publikationen\/Berichte\/F2452-3.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The results<\/a> show that the length of working hours has hardly changed overall, with part-time employees working slightly longer hours over time and full-time employees working slightly shorter hours on average. Particularly noticeable is an increasing desire for shorter working hours. The location of working hours, i.e. atypical working hours such as shift and night work and working at weekends, has not changed.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The pandemic has massively changed the working conditions of many employees.
