They provide employees with up-to-date and relevant knowledge about the hazards and protective measures at work. But how can the often complex topics be presented in an understandable and practical way? The company Ursa-Chemie from Montabaur in Rhineland-Palatinate is a good example. Not only are employees there instructed more frequently than prescribed &#8211; additional training content is also added to the mandatory topics. Arbeit &amp; Gesundheit magazine shows how Ursa-Chemie and other companies successfully organize safety instructions. The magazine is a free service provided by certain employers&#8217; liability insurance associations (BG) and accident insurance funds (UK) for their member companies.
