The complex symptoms of Long COVID, the unpredictability of its course and the risk of deterioration if stress limits are exceeded pose challenges in terms of treatment and reintegration into the workplace. The research project &#8220;Return to Work (RTW) after and with Long COVID&#8221; of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) aims to develop recommendations for the reintegration of employees with Long COVID.  <\/p>\n<p>For a study, the BAuA is looking for employees, managers and company stakeholders who have been involved in a reintegration process. The study will examine the challenges faced by the affected returnees and the companies and how they cope with them. In addition to interviews with employees and managers, group discussions will be held with (inter-)company stakeholders (e.g. company doctors or company integration management officers). Participants are given the opportunity to report on their experiences and assessments and to describe what they have found challenging, obstructive, supportive or helpful in accompanying the return of people with Long COVID.
